Founded in July 1999, Madison Free Clinic is an independent, nonprofit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization driven by volunteers and supported by the community. As a safety-net healthcare provider, we operate on a volunteer/staff model to offer medical, dental, pharmacy, vision, and behavioral health services to uninsured and underinsured individuals in Madison County, Virginia. While each clinic establishes its own eligibility requirements and guidelines, MFC is a proud member of the Virginia Association of Free & Charitable Clinics. At our core, we are committed to delivering compassionate, dignified, and respectful care.
