Executive Director-Diane Varner, MS, MFT

Hailing from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Diane was born and raised on a farm in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.  She graduated from Holy Family University with and MS in Counseling with the class of 2006.  Diane has a passion for children and in private practice, specialized in minors suffering from abuse and neglect.  She went in to non-profit management, working with the New York Council of Non-Profits.  She finally settled here in Central Virginia with her doting husband.

Office Manager- Christina Hill, MA

Christina is undeniably a cornerstone of the clinic. Whether in or out of the office, her dedication to our patients is unmatched. With a background as a medical assistant, she brings both medical expertise and an unparalleled passion to her role as office manager. Beyond work, she is deeply devoted to her family—including her beloved fur babies.

Administrative Assistant-Terry Sargent

Terry spent 26 years in Culpeper County, working at the Animal Shelter and working Animal Control.  She has a huge passion for animals but decided to try out helping people! And boy are we glad.  She is a committed part of our clinic team and very proud Tee Tee and Great Tee Tee.

Kimberly Sargent, FNP

Our Friday provider, proud Grammy of two, is our down-to-earth gal.  Kim is an animal lover, especially her pups!  She has over 30 years of experience in the medical field, starting in Labor and Delivery.  She has a large following of patients here and they love seeing her for medical but also just for a nice chat.
